Symptom narrative

Vaccine given on 4/13/26. The next day later - father noticed some redness and swelling to leg. The following morning (on 4/15) the swelling and redness worsened with pain. Seen in immediate care and given zyrtec and keflex. Follow up on 4/17, pain and swelling gone - but still minimal erythema.
