No adverse event; Customer called to report temperature excursion for PROQUAD and stated that a dose of PROQUAD was inadvertently administered after the temperature excursion.; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a specific patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 02-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) (lot #Z011828 with valid expiration date reported as 12-Jan-2027) 0.5 mL administered intramuscularly for prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent, solution for injection (lot # 1973322 with valid expiration date reported as 28-Nov-2026). The dose of Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) was inadvertently administered after the temperature excursion (temperature: 14.2 F for 29 hours) (product storage error). There was no previous temperature excursion.
