Symptom narrative

Patient's spouse called reporting some swelling in the right deltoid as well as some pain and a little warm to the touch. Consulted that this may be just a reaction or side effect to getting the vaccine especially second exposure. Consulted to use ice, ibuprofen and benadryl this evening and tomorrow and to call me back in no improvement.
