Symptom narrative

Prior to this patient was relatively healthy. Within two months of receiving the vaccine he was diagnosed with an illius and had severe stomach pain. He then began to having breathing difficulties which he is still dealing with today. He has been seen for wheezing and strider consistently since the event. He has been to the emergency room twice as well and acute care/drs office 6 times.
