Symptom narrative

Per Tech that administered the vaccine, she stated that the vaccine was given at 6:30 pm on 4/10/26. Per patient, says after returning home, arm was swollen and that evening when she was going to take her medicine, said her throat swelled up and had difficulty swallowing so the next day she went to see her pcp to see about the allergic reaction. then was told it is best not to get the second dose of shingrix. patient has slowly recovering from the reaction.
