Presyncope

Symptom narrative

Patient received final vaccine she became faint had had a near-syncope episode. Near loss of consciousness. Medics available at the time had a fan and lowered her to the ground. Assessment completed by Nurse practitioner and believes dehydration was a factor as well. No abnormal findings follows.
