Symptom narrative

Injection was made unusually high on left arm. I had a burning sensation when the medicine was injected. My arm began to get sore within a couple of hours. I moved it around trying to work the soreness out; but, it kept getting worse until I could barely move my left arm without severe pain. I fainted the evening after getting the injection and ended up in the emergency room. The pain in my arm is slowly getting better; but, I still do not have full movement of my arm without severe pain when moving it in some directions.

4/17 - when in emergency room they did several tests. Cardiac results were fine. The only abnormal tests results were a high glucose level (105), low MCHC (32), high Neutrophils-Polys(73.8), Low Lymphocytes (19.1)
