Symptom narrative

Wife reported patient started to feel shaking and very tired (fatigue) since last night and this morning he was not as alert as he usually is. He wake up with slurred speech, he also presented with stomach problems. These symptoms were reported around noon time on 04/19/26 to the pharmacist when the wife called. Patient's wife was instructed to take the patient to the hospital if the symptoms did not improve fast. Pharmacist on duty follow up with patient around 4pm and he was feeling much better, except that he could not barely move his arm. His arm was not swollen neither redness was present as per his wife.
