Symptom narrative

alteration of awareness, complaints of a "racing heart", " lethargy" per mom after receiving HPV vaccine with difficulty waking daughter up and getting more than moans or one-word answers that seem to be disoriented within 1 hour of receiving the vaccine--symptoms resolved ~12 hours after initial vaccine administration. She was very lethargic, confused, felt dizzy, lightheaded, felt like heart will beat out of chest. Eye rolling, blank stares. Kept saying she wanted to go home but she was already home.

Wasp venom, egg-protein, containing drug products, benadryl
