The pharmacist received a prescription for the second dose recently; This Spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and referred to a 36 -year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. In in October 2022, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of HPV RL1 6 11 16 18 31 33 45 52 58 VLP VACCINE (YEAST) (GARDASIL 9) (dose 0.50 mL, frequency default to total; strength, route, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis.
