Concurrent medical conditions included attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and sleep disorder. Concomitant products included guanfacine hydrochloride (Guanfacine) and magnesium citrate, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Melatonin). On an unknown date, the patient received Kinrix (intramuscular) .5 ml. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Patient was given the immunization at the age of 8 years old, he was too old for the immunization).
