Boostrix was administered to patient after above temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 23-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number N4935, expiry date 19-MAY-2028) for prophylaxis. On 09-APR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Boostrix was administered to patient after above temperature excursion).
