Meralgia paresthetica / leg disappeared; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of MERALGIA PARAESTHETICA (Meralgia paresthetica / leg disappeared) in an adult male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. In 2021, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. In 2021, the patient experienced MERALGIA PARAESTHETICA (Meralgia paresthetica / leg disappeared). At the time of the report, MERALGIA PARAESTHETICA (Meralgia paresthetica / leg disappeared) had not resolved. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) was unknown. No concomitant medications were reported. The patient developed symptoms within hours of receiving Vaccine in 2021 and reported that they were ongoing. The patient was diagnosed with meralgia paresthetica in 2021. It was hours after that leg disappeared and had not come back yet. It was right leg. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events. No treatment medications were reported.
