Symptom narrative

Patient had MMR vaccine to posterior left upper arm. Reaction and swollen area. Patient states at first her arm around the injection site was hard, warm and red. Patient states the redness and warmth lasted over three weeks, but is now resolved and is left with a hard pea to dime sized mass to the left upper arm where she received the MMR vaccine. Patient states the mass has gotten smaller with no signs of infection and no pain per palpation. Patient has full range of motion of the arm. Patient is on Tremfya and her immune system is decreased from this medication.
