No adverse event occurred while patient was in clinic. Patient was a 2 month old who was accidentally given Menveo (10y-55y) instead of the Menveo (2m-55y) vaccine. It was accidentally ordered wrong by RN in system and system did not flag that wrong Menveo was ordered for the wrong age group. Patient was getting Menveo for Sickle Cell.
