Symptom narrative

On 04/12/2026 patient started developing faint rash trucal, non pruritic and today became worse. No URI symptoms, denies any travel or contact with sick person with fever or rash. Due to significant rash patient was placed under measles protocol. DOH was contacted and clinical information was given. NP PCR swab came back positive at end of day on 04/17/2026. DOH sending for further testing
