Symptom narrative

Red rash to injection site/hands turned red right after injection. Went to get MD. MD assessed Pt & VS obtained. Pt did not want mom in room initially but mom called back when MD in with Pt. Pt monitored in office & checked on & VS obtained multiple times. Liquid Benadryl given - Pt monitored & cleared to home with return precautions.
