a patient received their first dose of GARDASIL 9 on 27MAR2026 and afterwards she tested positive for pregnancy during the same appointment on 27MAR2026; No additional AE/PQC; This spontaneous prospective pregnancy report was received from an Other health professional (Medical Assistant) and refers to a 24-year-old female patient at the time of reporting. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 27-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) Suspension for injection (valid lot #Z011258, expiration date: 07-Aug-2027), dose number 1, administered for prophylaxis.
