Symptom narrative

a patient received their first dose of GARDASIL 9 on 27MAR2026 and afterwards she tested positive for pregnancy during the same appointment on 27MAR2026; No additional AE/PQC; This spontaneous prospective pregnancy report was received from an Other health professional (Medical Assistant) and refers to a 24-year-old female patient at the time of reporting. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 27-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) Suspension for injection (valid lot #Z011258, expiration date: 07-Aug-2027), dose number 1, administered for prophylaxis. On the same day (27-MAR-2026), afterwards, she tested positive for pregnancy during the same appointment. Therefore, on an unknown date, the patient became pregnant with an unknown last menstrual date (LMP) (Exposure during pregnancy). Medical assistant and the patient were unaware of pregnancy status during vaccine administration. This pregnancy involved 1 fetus (by default). The fetal outcome was unknown and pregnancy outcome was considered as pregnancy ongoing. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported (no adverse event).
