pneumonia; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A female patient received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Prevnar 13 (12 years ago), for Immunization; Flu vaccine, for Immunization. The following information was reported: PNEUMONIA (medically significant), outcome "unknown". Clinical course: Caller is an adult patient who received an unknown pneumococcal vaccine 12 years ago. She wants to know if she should take Prevnar 20, if there are any conflicts because supposedly it was a 'lifetime' shot? She previously received an RSV vaccine and got pneumonia with it but stated it was not due to pneumococcal disease. She states she does not want to ever have that again, that was terrible. She states she had a 'lifetime' pneumonia vaccine 12 years ago and she is trying to figure out if she has to take Prevnar 20. She used to work for a school and received pneumococcal and flu vaccines from the county nurse, but she has since retired and does not have her vaccination records. She is trying to figure out which Pneumococcal vaccine she received previously and her doctor keeps saying 'Prevnar' which she assumes is the only pneumonia vaccine. Because Pfizer manufactures Prevnar, she called for possible information. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
