Symptom narrative

Patient received mNexSpike vaccine Wednesday 4/15/26, came in Monday 4/20/26 and asked me to look at her injection site. Patient's arm was red (spread down to elbow and underarm) and warm to touch; she reported it started Thursday 4/16/26. I recommended icing the area, taking an antihistamine, and going to walk-in for further evaluation if the issue doesn't improve within a couple days.
