Symptom narrative

Started with spark pains on my right side on 3/23 on night shift, by 3/26 PM I had sever pain on my right upper abdomen, swelling. took Ibuprofen 800mg and water to flush out toxins, by 3/27 pain was less intense and by 3/30 it was gone, no jaundice or black tarry stool.

Hyperlipidemia, GERD, Fatty liver?
