pt stated reactions started on 4/18/26 night. redness and swollen about 2-3 inches, had a little fever and tired as well. told pt to take motrin and benadryl to help with the reactions and ice the area to help with the hotness of the swelling. told her that we would check in with her in a couple of days and see how she is doing.
