19-year-old female patient who was administered the pediatric dose (0.5mL) of VAQTA as her first dose.; No other AE/No PQC; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 19 -year-old Female patient. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 30-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the 1st dose of a pediatric dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA Pediatric) at 0.50 mL, once, lot Number: Z012745 with Expiration date: 16-Oct-2026 that has been verified to be valid for the treatment of Prophylaxis. Serial Number marked as NA as this question was inadvertently not asked. No adverse event (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age).
