Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10010300:CONFUSION; 10018767:GUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME; 10047862:WEAKNESS; Narrative: Per Patient's electronic health records, the RSV vaccine was administered on Feb 4 2025. Per patient recollection, the vaccine was administered 2/11 or 2/12. Patient reported tingling sensation in feet, weakness in arms and hands. Patient reported multiple falls the following weekend: one fall on 2/14 evening (recoverable), two falls on 2/15 evening (recoverable with difficulty), and another fall on 2/16 (not recoverable). Patient then called 911 on 2/16. Patient went into respiratory distress and was intubated twice, transferred to ICU. Lumbar puncture was indicative of Guillain Barre syndrome.
