Reported Symptoms: 10002218:ANAPHYLAXIS; 10019211:HEADACHE; Narrative: Patient received the shingles vaccine and RSV vaccine at the facility. Patient received care at community hospital after speaking with Tele-Emergency provider at hospital. RN documented patient received BENADRYL, Epinephrine and Decadron in the ED.
