Reporter Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; Narrative: Patient is a 78-year-old MALE with PMH of HLD, BPH, CKD stage 3, knee pain, OA, tinnitus, and hearing loss who reports rash with PVC20. He received the vaccine last Wednesday and developed an itchy rash on his arm and torso the night after. Rash spreaded to his bilateral biceps and up his neck. Patient reports self-presenting to non-facility ED for complaint of hives. Other Relevant HX: Other:
