Swelling, erythema and tenderness. Patient received Benadryl and was continued on Zyrtec with pain control as needed. Pharmacist notes that Neo/Polymyxin present in Quadracel which was not present when vaccine was administered before. New allergy marked in chart. Pt discharged next day
