A nurse reported that a patient (age and gender not available) received a hepatitis B vaccine for hepatitis B immunization and the patient does not have protective antibodies. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On an unknown date, the patient completed a hepatitis B vaccine series (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not available)]. The reporter was unable to verify whether the patient received a three-dose series or the HEPLISAV-B series. The patient does not have protective antibodies. No other information was available.
