First Dose of Heplisav-B on 2024-Sep-14, Has Not Had the Second Dose Yet; Initial report received on 30-Mar-2026. A pharmacist reported that a patient (age and gender not provided) received the first dose of HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization and has not received the second dose yet. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On 14-Sep-2024, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number 944941; expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not available)]. On 30-Mar-2026, 562 days after receiving the first dose of HEPLISAV-B, the patient has not had the second dose yet. The patient denied any side effects. No other information was available.
