Symptom narrative

On Sunday morning (6 am), April 12, 2026, symptoms began after getting Covid and Hep B shots on Friday, April 10,2026. Patient became extremely fatigued and weak, started to run a low grade fever, had chills, skin was clammy. Patient continued feeling this way for a total of 7 days. Patient was bed-ridden most of the time, too weak to do anything and did not want to eat and drank very little. Dehydration occurred. Doctor visit on 4/15/26 and went to ER by ambulance on 4/17/26, where IV fluids were given and tests were run. No infection was found. Patient was sent home and on 4/19/26 showed marked improvement, began to eat and drink normally. On 4/20/26, patient began resuming his normal activities.

ECG, Troponin (High), Magnesium, CMP(sodium,CO2,albumin,calcium-low, glucose,ALT,AST- high), CBC with differential (RDW,neutrophils,monocytes-high, lymphocytes-low), EKG, Blood culture (prelim), Lactic Acid, Urinalysis (glucose,Ketone, occult blood, protein, color - abnormal), Urinalysis Microscopic Reflex (RBC , Casts Hyaline - abnormal), Urine Culture(prelim). 6 pages of lab and test results - all done at ER on 4/17/26.
