Symptom narrative

Yellow fever vaccine was administered first. Patient asked me to wait a bit before the next administration as she was feeling a bit faint. Waited but after administration of the Havrix vaccine the patient fainted and was helped to the floor for recovery. She was monitored_ BP 126/82, OSAT 99, BG 114. She stayed lying on the floor for at least 10 minutes before sitting up against a wall. She was offered glucose tablets. After about 20 minutes she moved up to sitting on a chair. She called a friend to come pick her up and take her home. A call to emergency services was not required.
