Symptom narrative

Patient received routine 4m vaccines in immunizations clinic and also received Beyfortus 100mg during visit with PCM, same day 01/12/2026. Approx 2 hrs after immunizations given mother reported that patient had jerking movements in both arms and legs, patient opened eyes and eyes rolled back. Episode lasted approx 10-15 seconds and mother held baby and reported that baby was not moving and lethargic. Mother called EMS and patient was transported to hospital. Was admitted to hospital for 2 days for seizure workup.
