fevers; chills; headaches; incredible swelling of the injection site; experienced injection site reaction from the "get"; This Spontaneous report was received from a 58 -year-old Female patient (company employee) reporting on himself. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient had no concomitant medication; there was No pertinent medical history and no allergies/drug reactions (Not that she knows of) On 14-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) solution for injection, intramuscular (strength, dose, dose number, lot number, expiration date and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. On 14-Apr-2026, the patient experienced experienced injection site reaction from the "get" (Vaccination site reaction) and incredible swelling of the injection site (Vaccination site swelling). On 15-Apr-2026, the patient experienced fevers (Pyrexia), chills and headaches. The patent di not sought medical attention, however she receives treatment as Tylenol for the headache. At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from all adverse events as it was mentioned that they worsened. The causal relationship between all adverse events and pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) was not provided however the patient stated that she she did not expect this reaction from and believed she might have gotten the shingles vaccine (unspecified).
