4 y.o. 0 m.o. female with no significant PMH who was recently bitten by a wild rabbit (4/2) and is presenting with 2 days of cough, fever and worsening rash admitted for further work up. On exam, patient is well-appearing with right periorbital petechiae, posterior cervical LAD and diffuse blanching erythematous maculopapular rash sparing only her mucous membranes, palms and soles.
