Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Additional Details: Pt received the vaciines along with their spouse. before they left the pharmacy department, within 15 minutes, he noticed some rash and mild spot-like swelling on parts of face and arm. Pt was administered benadryl and further monitored for an additional 30 minutes for any severe allergic rxn, which was negative.
