Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Systemic: breathing difficulty using albuterol more , stopped tiotropium and budesonide for few weeks-Medium, Additional Details: patient says arm was red and warm to touch for 7 days starting day of vaccine ( 4/1/26) but none visible when came in to discuss on 4/11/26) she complained of breathing issue and rash on face and body. she had a nucala vaccine the day before this vaccine but her md office approved getting the vaccine when she called them on 4/1/26. she is a copd patient and stopped using budesonide claritin and tiotropium for few weeks. Due to breathing issues post vaccine she increased albuterol usage
