Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reported to pharmacy at 10:38 am on 4/13/26 and spoke with RPh (name withheld) regarding her concerns about the Shingrix vaccine she received on 4/8/26, reported that later in the day/next morning following vaccine administration she noticed and experienced extreme redness and tenderness between the area of left arm muscle down to her left elbow. She still experiences redness/tenderness at this time but not as extreme, does not limit daily activities.
