Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: patient came in not looking good but and insisted on getting the vaccine and we asked not to do it. she wanted to get it despite us telling her. she only got 1 vaccine. after giving the vaccine we told the patient to sit down and make sure she is feeling well before she leaves. about 5 minutes later , i came to check up on her and she was passed out. we called 911 and they took her vitals and and her blood pressure was low and was taken to the hospital for further reevaluation. , Other Vaccines: VaccineTypeBrand: capvaxine; Manufacturer: merck; LotNumber: z013655; Route: intramuscular; BodySite: left arm; Dose: ; VaxDate: UNKNOWN
