Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Seizure-Severe, Additional Details: Patient received vaccination and states had a seizure 2 to 3 hours after administration. Patient was transported to Emergency Room and released the same day.
