Systemic: funny taste in her mouth-Mild, Additional Details: no blood & no vein hit at injection site, no pain or nerve hit at time of injection, patient barely felt injection but then got a strange taste in her mouth immediately after that lingered - no other symptoms reported- patient refused to stay for monitoring at pharmacy and went home in her car -pt could not be reached for follow up day of event
