Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Unknow to our team the fridge was out of range (temp excursion) for sometime and pt came in and got the vaccine during this time. I called Pfizer for guide and was told they don't have guideline for this kind of situation and told me to call cdc. CDC told me repeating is recommended but it is up to the pt to agree. Called pt and explain to him. He said he will return on Thursday 4/17/26 and get another dose
