Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: PT IS HAVING TROUBLE LIFTING AND USING HER ARM. SHE IS WORRIED THAT THE PAIN WILL NOT GO AWAY, I ASKED WHERE SHE GOT THE VACCINE AND SHE POINTED AT THE CORRECT LOCATION A SHOT SHOULD BE GIVEN. I AM GOING TO FOLLOW UP WITH HER IN A WEEK
