Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: overwhelmed, was warm to the touch and needed to relax before leaving-Mild, Additional Details: Patient went to sit in minute clinic waiting area, left on his own when he felt better. We called the patient a few hours after he left and he was thankful for the call and was doing well. Patient stated he did not go to the doctor, I had to select an outcome to submit report.
