Systemic: none-Mild, Additional Details: Pharmacist on duty was training already certified tech immunizer how to place syring on pre-filled syringe. Patient was giving rph the paperwork and when the rph turned back the needle was correctly placed on the syringe. After rph administered vaccine, she found an alcohol swab by the immunization station and asked the tech, the tech stated prior to placing needle on the syringe he alcohol swabed the top of the prefilled syring (prior to pushing up air). Patient had no adverse reaction to date
