Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had shingrix instead of Varivax- NO ADRs- NO site reactions- No body injury- Patient was upset because he had to pay out of his pocket for the vaccine- I refunded his money on 04/16/2026 and gave him correct vaccine Varivax
