I checked the EHR and Immunization site, and I thought I correctly verified the Hep A vaccine was due. However, system showed as I was manually entering the Hep A dose given today, I could see that two doses of Hep A vaccines were already given, one in 2023, and one in 2024. Today's vaccination of Hep A was a third dose (extra dose), not necessary.
