Symptom narrative

Boostrix was administered to a patient after an above temperature excursion.; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 69-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number N4935, expiry date 19-MAY-2028) for prophylaxis. On 09-APR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Boostrix was administered to a patient after an above temperature excursion.). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-APR-2026 A Licensed Practical Nurse reported that Boostrix was administered to patients after a above temperature excursion occurred on 08-APR-2026. The fridge lock was being repaired when the temperature went out of range to 60.3F for 1hour and 50mins.
