Symptom narrative

Shingrix administered to patient after an above temperature excursion.; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 52-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number N3AL7, expiry date 17-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 09-APR-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Shingrix administered to patient after an above temperature excursion.). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-APR-2026 A Licensed Practical Nurse reported that Shingrix was administered to a patient on 09-APR-2026 after a above temperature excursion that occurred on 08-APR-2026. The fridge lock was being repaired when the temperature went out of range to 60.3F for 1hour and 50mins.
