Shingrix administered to patient after an above temperature excursion.; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 52-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number N3AL7, expiry date 17-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 09-APR-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Shingrix administered to patient after an above temperature excursion.).
