No additional AE; an expired dose of VAQTA was administered to a patient. The dose expired 4/2/2022 and was administered 4/11/2022.; This spontaneous report was received from an Other health professional (Medical Assistant) and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 11-Apr-2022, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA PEDIATRIC) Suspension for injection (valid lot #T033304, expiration date was provided and confirmed as: 02-Apr-2022) 1 dosage form administered for prophylaxis (expired product administered). The vaccine was never involved in a temperature excursion. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported (no adverse event).
