Bexsero was administered to a patient after temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 2P77Y, expiry date 30-JUN-2028) for prophylaxis. On 14-APR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero.
